A La Carte Menu: The most common type; the guest forms his order from those dishes that are offered in the full menu. Each dish on the menu has a price and guests can choose as they please;
Table D'Hôte menu: the guest selects one dish from each category presented in the menu (Appetizers, Salads, Soups, Main courses, Desserts, etc.). Moreover, the cost of the order is single, fixed and does not depend on the choice of the guest.
Prix Fixe menu: the guest is offered a specific set at a set price, usually with no choice.
Tasting Menu: Small portions of a variety of dishes chosen by the chef, often served with matching wines, to complement a multi-course main meal.
