Public offer
The public offer agreement is public, i.e. in accordance with Article 633 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, its conditions are the same for all buyers, regardless of status (individual, legal entity, individual entrepreneur). In full agreement with this Agreement, the buyer accepts the conditions and procedure for placing an order, payment for goods, delivery of goods, and for failure to comply with the terms of this agreement.
This text is an agreement between the online store fd-store.com, hereinafter referred to as the "online store", and the user of the services of the online store, hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" and determines the conditions for purchasing goods through the website of the online store fd-store. com.

1. General Provisions
1.1. This agreement is a public offer (in accordance with Articles 633, 641 and Chapter 63 of the Civil Code of Ukraine) and contains all the essential conditions for organizing a sale and purchase remotely, i.e. through our online store.
1.2. In case of acceptance of the terms of this agreement (i.e., the public offer of the online store), the citizen (or legal entity) that accepts the offer becomes the Buyer. Acceptance is the fact of payment for the order in the amount of 100% on the terms of this agreement.

2. Terms and definitions
2.1. "Product" - a list of assortment items presented in the online store.
2.2. "Catalogue" - information about the goods posted in the online store.
2.3. "Order" - the decision of the Buyer to purchase the goods, issued in the online store.

3. Subject of the contract
3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods on the terms of this Agreement.
3.2. This agreement regulates the purchase and sale in the fd-store.com online store, including:
a) voluntary choice by the Buyer of goods according to the "Catalog";
b) independent registration by the Buyer of the order in the online store;
c) payment by the Buyer of the order placed in the online store;
d) execution and transfer of the order to the Buyer in ownership on the terms of this Agreement.

4. How to place an order
4.1. The buyer independently places an order in the online store fd-store.com

5. Cost and order payment procedure
5.1. The total cost of the order consists of the cost of the goods (indicated in the catalog) and the cost of delivery.
5.2. The buyer pays for the order in any way selected in the online store within five working days from the date of agreement on the delivery cost in the amount of the prepayment indicated by the manager of the fd-store.com.ua online store.

5.3. Orders with personal application and individual branding are put into operation only upon prepayment.

5.4. The online store reserves the right to change the color, packaging, fittings and configuration of the goods without prior notice.


6. Order delivery
6.1. The total delivery time of the goods consists of the order processing time and the delivery time. Order processing time is from one to five business days. Delivery times are detailed in the "Delivery" section of the website.
6.2 When ordering bulk lots, the terms and methods of delivery are agreed separately in each specific case.
6.3 The seller is not responsible for the delivery time of the order, because they depend on the actions of third parties.

7. Procedure for returning goods
7.1. The buyer has the right to refuse the received goods of good quality within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the presentation and consumer qualities of the goods are preserved. The buyer is obliged to familiarize himself with the rules for returning and exchanging goods in the relevant section of the site at the link https://www.fd-store.com/pay-and-order.html

7.2 In case of refusal of the addressee, i.e. the buyer, from the parcel, the shipment is returned to the sender, i.e. seller. The seller upon receipt of the shipment pays the cost of return shipping.
In the event that the buyer wants to make a refund for the goods, the cost is returned to him without all transportation costs for sending the order back and forth.
In the event that the buyer wants to resend the order to him, he pays the cost of the return shipment and shipping to him.

7.3. If the buyer took the goods (for goods made to order, with an individual application of the logo, made according to individual requirements) at the point of issue of the transport company or targeted delivery, then this product is not subject to exchange and return. The alteration of the goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer, the transportation of this product is paid by the buyer.

8. Rights and obligations of the parties
8.1. The buyer is obliged:
a) independently place an order in the online store https://www.fd-store.com/
b) timely pay and pick up the order on the terms of this Agreement.

8.3. Продавець зобов'язаний:
а) дотримуватись умов цього договору;
б) передати Покупцеві товар відповідно до обраного зразка за «Каталогом», оформленим замовленням та умовами цього договору;
в) Продавець не несе відповідальності, не може виступати як відповідач у суді і не відшкодовує збитки, що виникли у Покупця через дії або бездіяльність третіх осіб.
г) колір товару на моніторі покупця може відрізнятися від кольору товару в реальності (т.к. у кожного пристрою своя передача кольорів).

9. Строк дії цього договору
9.1. Цей договір набирає чинності з дати здійснення замовлення і діє до виконання всіх умов.
