Return policy

The buyer has the right to refuse the received goods of good quality within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the goods, provided that the presentation and consumer qualities of the goods are preserved. The buyer is obliged to familiarize himself with the rules for returning and exchanging goods in the relevant section of the site at the link

In case of refusal of the addressee, i.e. the buyer, from the parcel, the shipment is returned to the sender, i.e. seller. The seller upon receipt of the shipment pays the cost of return shipping.

You will be refused to replace the product with a new one (refund) if:
• more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the goods to be exchanged or returned;
• the product to be returned is not new, the presentation is lost, the labels are torn off, traces of the use of the product are visible;
• When checking the quality of the product, signs of tampering were found.
In the event that the buyer wants to make a refund for the goods, the cost is returned to him without all transportation costs for sending the order back and forth.
In the event that the buyer wants to resend the order to him, he pays the cost of the return shipment and shipping to him.

If the buyer took the goods (for goods made to order, with an individual application of the logo, made according to individual requirements) at the point of issue of the transport company or targeted delivery, then this product is not subject to exchange and return. The alteration of the goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer, the transportation of this product is paid by the buyer.

All returns are accepted by regular mail only.
